Because May is the month of ROSES we will give you some tips on how to use our Bulgarian Rose Oil

For centuries, Bulgarian rose oil is known to uplift the heart. It drives away melancholy, promotes harmony and is one of the strongest natural aphrodisiacs. Rosa Damascena Oil goes well with almost any other oil and helps reach inner emotional balance.
One great benefit of Bulgarian Rose Oil is that it has the ability to improve mood.  It has a lovely warm, comforting aroma that has the ability to calm nerves and promote relaxation and positivity.  It has been shown to help reduce anxiety and stress, and promote feelings of self-esteem, confidence, love, hope, and joy.  Rose can be used as a powerful aid to treatment for depression and is especially helpful for women who are struggling with postpartum depression.  To boost the effectiveness of rose essential oil for depression and mood, try blending with other oils such as lavender and ylang-ylang that have similar effects.

Here are some aroma recipes

Aroma Lamp or diffuser

"Because I am HAPPY"
In aroma lamp add water, then add
2 drops Rose Essential Oil,
2 drops Lavender Essential Oil ( Bulgarian) and
1 drop of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

"Deep meditation"
2 drops Rose Essential Oil, 
2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil  and 
1 drop of Sandalwood Essential Oil

Massage oil blend
will revitalize body, spirit, and mind, uplift the heart and improve skin texture
in 100 ml /3.4 oz Grapeseed carrier oil add
18 drops of Lavender Essential Oil ( Bulgarian)
12 drops of Rose Essential Oiand 
10 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
